    I was thinking the same thing. I think they are trying too hard to make you guess who the sick person is. We are to suspect everyone, but the boy.

    It already resembles the nightmare that is every air flight. Wouldn't it be something if it's the kids who's the infected one?

    I think it would be a great troll if the entire series is just about everyday commercial airflight annoyances....no leg room...sitting next to an obese person....crying baby.....can't get to the bathroom because of the refreshment cart...child kicking your seat....eardrum irritation due to pressure change....the in flight movie stars Pauly Shore...

    Then they land perfectly fine in L.A and get swarmed by walkers at the airport, all except for the old man, who couldn't get up off the toilet. Then he randomly tags along in every FTWD scene until season 5.
