People often just like to throw shots at popular franchises whenver they see an opportunity. Same thing happens in sports where people will look for any chance they can get to rag on popular and successful teams. TWD gets a lot of online hate as well and I would imagine many of the people who bash TWD are the same ones bashing Fear.

hahaha, mainly I just couldn't get into the show but I don't feel strongly enough about it to complain about it! Every now and then I will tease neuro when he posts the new episode threads like "is this still a show? Why?" :p

IMHO these are poor for the demographics they are trying to reach... Usually anything under 7 Million or so is "eh" under 4 may be considered a flop with any half decent budget

IMHO for AMC, this show needs to be at the 7 to 8 million viewer mark for it to be worth the time slot and considered a success, because they can do a lot better than 3ish with something else.

EDIT: Changed 5 to 4, I'd say anything under 4 million viewers would be canceled on many stations and time slots.. for this show on sunday 9pm I don't think it necessarily warrants a cancellation, but would still be considered to have "bad" ratings imho

An impressive fourth season of Fear The Walking Dead continues to have strong extended ratings and recently picked up a massive increase in delayed views.

Certain outlets who have been decrying the ratings of Fear The Walking Dead so far might need to adjust their numbers. The most recent extended viewing data available, which is for Colman Domingo’s directorial debut episode 412 “Weak” had a respectable 1.52 million live views when it aired on September 2nd.

But once the live+7 views were counted the episode picked up a truly staggering 81% increase in views. Fear The Walking Dead “Weak” picked up a mammoth 1.24 million views in the 7 days following the original airing. That means the total views for “Weak” topped out at 2.76 million views and nearly the entire gain percentage was in the important 18-49 demographic.
