I imagine any teen wants to fit in but what I'd like to know is where the kids got the hooch? Is it homemade or did they pinch some from the adults? Why hasn't anyone noticed? I think I'd notice if my liquor supply was dwindling or my kid smelled of alcohol. Was this whole exercise intended to show us Henry was vulnerable to peer pressure?

It worries me that these kids haven't got a more urgent sense of self preservation. If they're not working, at least they should be training to fight. It's like no one is paying attention to what they're doing.

Gregory maybe (probably) had booze stashes and they might've found one.

No idea why those kids were so lackadaisical . Way over-protected, I'd imagine.

According to Imdb, there is a distillery at Hilltop. A red shirt is credited as "hilltop distillery owner". Imdb can be suspect, but often the background characters are given a role by the writers and they add it to Imdb.

So its possible we will actually see the distillery later, if this is true. But it makes sense there is a distillery there, since Earl said to Henry he had the wreak of 'crappy moonshine'.

Urf. Even the hospital season? That's the one I skip when AMC does a bingeathon, I hated Dawn so much.

Yeah, she was a tool, but when I re-watch the entire series, good and...less good, I always pick up a new little something I missed before. So it's the whole thing for me. Paid enough for the box sets; they gotta earn their keep!

Yeah, I've twice re-watched the entire series. Mind you the last time was during the summer after Season 5...
Not been motivated to do so for a few years - but I can feel that desire coming back to me - if this season continues to impress, I can just think about Seasons 7 and 8 as a disappointing blip.

I was able to find the three distillery workers (thanks to friendly Hilltop extras!) - they are labeled as Hilltop Distiller on my little survivor list: https://walkingdead.fandom.com/wiki/Template:Survivors_S9#Hilltop_Colony the guy in purple has appeared several times and the bearded one got some good screen time in the 907 intro.

Also I wonder if we will see Addy and Gage on the front lines as soldiers - they were in 907 and were training with Kal.

    Jimbo was onto something.

A car roof, ultimately, but regardless.
