Good Omens

    Does anyone love Terry Pratchett? Neil Gaiman? Their book Good Omens is going to be a miniseries, first showing on Amazon Prime starting May 31st and then a out 6 months later will be on BBC America. Great story about the end of the world:




    David Tennant playing Crowley, the demon and Michael Sheen playing Aziraphale, the angel. Frances McDormand is God and Benedict Cumberbatch is Satan.

    It looks REALLY good. I don't have Amazon Prime so I have to wait for the BBC.

    I'm not familiar with Good Omens but I like Neil Gaimen. Stardust was a good graphic novel and film.

    Oh my gosh I just found about this last night. The trailer looks amazing and then add to it the freakin' cast they have on board:

    David Tennant
    Michael Sheen
    Benedict Cumberbatch
    Francis McDormand
    Jon Hamm

    Not to mention a slew of other great actors appearing in 1 or 2 episodes

    Has anyone seen this? I don't have Amazon Prime, so I haven't watched it yet. It will be on I believe AMC in 6 months, so I'll catch it then.

    The reviews and comments about it that I've seen are AMAZING.

    I have watched the first three episodes and I like it. One of these days I will finish it!

    It's a fun show. The scene with David Tennant and his house plants is in itself worth watching the series for. There is no reason for all the hullaballoo, IMVHO.
