Gun to far away

    Went on mw3 there on the ps3 and my gun was further away from me when aiming this also happened last week you see more of the gun, its weird is there a way to fix this.

    No sorry but last week when i was on it was happening to my friend in america at the same time, also on the killcam it shows a guy killing me with his gun far away aswell.If its like that again in the morning ill get a photo on my phone and upload it.

    That is a result of a FoV (field of view) change. Someone probably modded the lobby.

    Pretty much like this, very common on PC. As my friend PSIII said, it was a hacked lobby.

    yea looks just like that its so much harder to aim i just left after a few mins, also last week i was playing domination and got around 200,000 points for going to flag c i take it that was a hacked lobby.

    Yes, It was definitely hacked. My friend is a PC hacker, Ive seen him do his stuff and he could set any member in the lobby to 10,000XP for anything during the game. With specialist, you could earn up to 40,000XP per kill.

    Yeah, I'd expect it to be something to get use to on console. It's actually a "legal" feature on PC (and requires no joining of modded lobbies) and people use it for the extra view, helps a lot. Not much aim issues either. That said, I definitely don't like messing with the FoV. The guns look too long, pretty ugly to look at, lol. Especially the Barrett 50 Cal in MW2. It looks like a damn cannon.
