I've buyed 10 cases from the steam-market, but i don't see them in game, i tried to go to the North American server(only 1 that is working in my country), the cases are not showing and in there.
I don't know what to do.
Help me please

Вчера я купил 10 кейсов на площадке-стим, но я не вижу их в игре, я пробовал переходить на Северный сервер(только 1 работает и отображается/он открыт для моей страны), кейсы не отображаются и на Северном сервере.
Я не знаю что делать.
Помогите мне пожалуйста.













P.S I tried to restart the game 100 times.
The cases are: Frozen, Infernal and Nomad.
