Has H1Z1 finally gone Free-to-Play? If so, how?

H1Z1 has been fighting for some time to regain the following it had before games like PUBG and Fortnite game around. Last week they launched fully on Steam, and even included an all-new mode called Auto Royale. But now, as revealed on Steam, the game is now fully and completely free-to-play.

Will that help them in the long run? It's hard to say, but we'll keep you posted on what happens.
