If he lost weight, that's fine since there was a time skip after the walker invasion in Alexandria. I wonder when Heath/CH will come back. Someone suggested he gets captured by the Saviors and gets the Holly treatment. Would be cool and useful in dealing with the actor's absence.

 

They should all lose weight in reality. But he did play Dr. Dre in Straight Outta Compton so that could be the case for more/less weight and hair.

 

Yeah the hairline is the thing that bothered me. You can lose weight -and are expected to in this scenario- and change your style if you want but you hairline shouldn't change.

That was so stupid. Happened to be the only walker there that wasn't covered in sand, had dreads and the same color shirt as Heath. Worst part of the episode, and the worst fakeout I've seen in years.

 

Whatever his reason for losing weight -- starving due to not finding supplies, losing weight because he's in another show -- he looks quite handsome in his present version.
