I'm curious as to which characters you feel have gone off the tracks from the comic. Eugene is still a coward. Negan is still a very eccentric bad guy. The show is probably closer to the comic than it has ever been. Personally, I hope that they stray further from the comic so that I cannot predict what will happen next
