How did Gov know Rick got guns from Morgan?

    In the meeting, Governor said "I know you got Guns...Quite a stash you got back there".

    Was he saying he had him followed to Morgans town or was he talking in general?

    He probably has guards posted around the prison to keep watch on them.

    The Governor does have scouts watching the prison and reporting back to him. Rick caught a glimpse of one in the treeline in the episode "I Ain't a Judas."

    That's pretty much the only way of knowing short of him having survielance equiptment set up.

    And I think Merle said in that episode that the gov wound have men surrounding the roads out if the prison..
