I think a lot of them will just be "demoted" to everyday work now. They got communities whom is pretty safe so a lot will just become farmers and patrolmen and builders.

I guess they didn't do a death cliffhanger since they give us that Maggie VS Rick scene which could either imply they are going to go against Ricks wishes and kill Negan or even take revenge on Rick aswell as Negan. This is most likely going to be the big speculation between the season break.

I was kinda hoping Eugene died but since he basically come right in the end I guess he is sort of redeemed.

 

Has negan killed apart he's own guys since he's first episode.. He has no problem killing he's own men but he has had Eugene the priest Carl daryl and not killed any of them. The cast is too big. Too many good guys

The apocalypse is calming down. Good people have banded together and figured things out. The odds of survival are going up more and more now.

Although there is that giant walker herd closing in, so maybe you will get some gruesome bloodshed soon. lol
