    Based on the real-life story of the daughter of Dr. George Hodel, who many believe committed the Black Dahlia murder.

    Mixed reviews from what I can see, but worth a watch I think. It's a 6-episode limited series, TNT.

    Starts tonight!

    @tink I watched the preview showing of it last night (after some awards show).

    I enjoyed it quite a bit. Of course some of that could be that I genuinely just enjoy watching Chris Pine. He is such an underrated actor.

    @tink - I agree! While the first episode spent a great deal of time introducing us to the two main characters it also had just enough teasers of what might be on the horizon to have me looking forward to episode 2

    I didn't know about the Black Dahlia connection. This was riveting all on its own. The only thing that would keep me from watching is how successfully it ensnared me in creepiness and fear. Now that I know it is only six episodes, I will keep watching. So, thanks!

    I agree with Grandma, though. RUUUNNNNNNN.

    So far so good on this show, the creep factor is VERY high.

    I dropped Sling so I am no longer able to watch it

    It was the Finale for this show last night, I have to say I really enjoyed the whole thing. It wasn't the greatest show I've ever seen, but it was dark and creepy and well acted.

    So well acted, such excellent production values. But SO dark and creepy, moody and upsetting, I'm glad it's over!

    I love creepy, dark, moody and upsetting though! I don't think they could have kept up that intensity for an extended period though, so I'm actually glad it's over too before they could ruin it.

    Ok I’m alrrady confused halfway through first episode. Mama is trying to tell daughter where she came from (Fona Hodel) and she talks so fast I’m lost. Is she not mixed race?
