Negan at the very end of the episode:

"Hilltop is going to learn to tow the line, one way or another, dead or alive. Or some kinda shit in between."




When I first saw Negan holding Lucille, with the walker tied to the fence behind him and his crew in front of him, and that ominous music in the background, I thought OMG, he is going to kill some of his own people so he can use their corpses to harvest a bunch of walker guts.
