You took almost exactly what I was going to say but beat me to it. The amount of stupidity in the first 5 minutes alone!!! This is not a Walking Dead show, it's Z Nation. And to worry about this crazy bitch and try to save her? I'm very disappointed with this last half.

 

Amazing decision-making skills by Morgan once again. What a delight of a character. Just went through 3 episodes trying to get everybody back together, let's split up again.

They're trying way too hard to make something out of nothing with that whole crappy villain arc.

 

Don't think I want the original ruined by having these idiots join them. Maybe they could be used as walker fodder in Alexandria.

 

Oh, and yes there's hydro at the truck stop to make fresh coffee. Plus the boxes haven't been found and ransacked by other scavengers? I imagine there's at least a few non walkers in the deep south.
And isn't amazing how every walker's skull magically turns soft enough for Morgan's stick to penetrate so easily?
