First of all she didn't kill him just stuck a crowbar through him and second it was the guy in charge walking around with Travis.
In the preview it shows him threatening Ophelia with the crowbar sticking out,that should leave a mark!

 

Well, snap...watched the preview and it appears the Beiber haired psycho did in fact survive his shanking.
Not sure how one lives through that, but ok. I Guess Madison needs to work on her skillz, cuz being impaled by a large metal rod should leave more than a mark.
Not the first time I got characters confused, so thanks for the clarification...saves me from a wtf moment next week. : )
