To be fair though, its really hard to organize yourself and fight in an orderly fashion when you've been ambushed out of a sound sleep. If the saviors had ambushed Rick's group in a building at 4 in the morning while they slept, then they probably would have been the more organized of the two groups.

Was it Paula that was shooting at Carol and Maggie, and shot of like 8 shots and didn't hit either of them? If it was one of Rick's group she could have been running and headshotted both of them, and gotten the walkers to boot. Negan's people here just have Stormtrooper syndrome. If she would have killed Maggie and Carol it would suck for the show, so she couldn't hit them.
