Now it is clear that the Saviors are living in a strict hierarchy society,above all is Negan, he is basically king of the Saviors, living in the most luxury possible. Then there are fighters and those professionals such as doctors, on the bottoms are those civilian who do the daily labor job, those latest group would have to kneeing when Negan enters the room.
Saviors are working on a point system, based on the work they do, each savior would gain points, and the number of points determines what supplies he could get. That actually make a lot of sense.
However, young and beautiful girls have another option, they could voluntarily be one of Negan's wife, as Negan claims he never would force a woman. As being Negan's wife, she enjoys the best luxury life she could possibly get and does not need to work. But there is one rule, she must be faithful to Negan, if she sleeps with other man and get caught, well as Negan claims he never hurt a woman, but she must make a choice, she could either divorce Negan which means giving up all of the privileges she enjoys so far and goes back to work and earn a living by taking points like everybody else, or she could choose Negan which means she would still be Negan's wife, in this case,nothing would happen to her but the man she slept with would be punished by putting a red hot iron on his face. That was how Dwight got half of his face burned.
