This issue was just one long violent brutal beating of people. What's next? An entire issue of someone just getting hit in the face? This comic used to have interesting stories, now it has just become torture porn. It's gotten boring- Negan is not interesting and his endless talking about everything is just a snore- the endless violence is just a cover for the fact that the story sucks. they should be ashamed they feed this violent filth to kids.

 

So, since you no longer like the story, I guess you won't continue reading? And I only saw them feeding this to ONE kid!! And that kid hadn't eaten in over 36 hours, and had a vit. C deficiency. And they covered it in feta cheese, so he didn't know what was up anyway. As for the rest...this isn't a kid's comic.

 

holy crap what a great issue. i havent been keeping up as much lately since Breaking Bad and Dexter are whining down so i totally forgot Andrea was on future covers. that with the first time she said 'we dont die' right before Connor showed up and RK's foreshadowing i totally thought she was thrown from the tower. so im glad i havent kept up cuz that really got the adrenaline pumping lol

i wonder if Carl intentionally shot Lucille or just missed Negan. im inclined to think it was intentional. smart move on his part. taking Negans focus off Rick and the other 3. i also love the pet names Negan gives Carl. Future Serial Killer (#100) and now One Eyed Asshole lmao. i dont mind Negans lil rants. i think it shows how cold and calculated he is.

the lil segment in the beginning with Jesus and Aaron was cool too. i especially loved Jesus flip over the fence and Aaron calling him a show off. those lil comedic reliefs are nice.

RKs doin a good job of building anticipation for All Out War. cant wait to see shit go down

Another great issue, the All Out War arc is building up nicely. With Andrea's sniper gone, it's up to Jesus to save Rick and them. I liked the beginning with him doing his flips, lol. Jesus is so cool.

One thing that got me thinking, is if Carl intentionally shot Lucille, or simply missed Negan? Part of thinks he did it on purpose, because he knows how much it means to Negan - wanted to cause him some real pain for once.

Agreed. Felt like filler to me too. Negan was acting like a Bond villain with Tourette's.

Good issue. Things are starting to really take shape for the impending All Out War volume. Although a little on the predictable side, thanks to the pages which are leaked a week prior to the new issues release. I'm glad to have seen Andrea pull through that one though it seemed likely she wouldn't die from Connor as he's too minor of a character. However it wouldn't be the first time a relevant character was taken out by what I consider an underling, ahem Abraham. Really happy to see that so far they're not playing into Negans demands by turning over Carl for shooting Lucille. Just a matter of time before Paul comes to the rescue to pull Rick out of his sticky situation, at least that's what I'm hoping for. would be nice to see a little exchange of fire power before All Out War beings the march toward its the conflicts apex.
