Negan has clearly been locked away for too long - he gets all drooly over the first bald-headed woman he sees. Interesting parallel between him and Carl though and their taste for whisperer women.

 

Meh. He hasn't given away any real weaknesses that could be exploited. In fact his openness in conversation, combined with mentioning that everyone carries a gun around implies "We're friendly. But don't f*ck with us. "

Though iirc she she may or may not have implied that they have a lot more people than Alexandria, hilltop, and kingdom combined.

 

I did like that he told her they were armed just in case. If it's just another community reaching out, and if it's as huge as you got the impression it is - it could be a very big deal. If that's the case, go Eugene. He needs to break out his best Dave Fennoy voice and give it all he's got with this woman.

The real question is, what does Ross Marquand think of this issue? I think it was a very interesting turn of events. Ross, how did you like how all the plot went? Any 'gut' feelings you came away with? Any 'points' that stood out for you? Anything you found hard to 'stomach'? Care for a Tums while you read? Tummm-tum-tum-tum TUMS!!

Soooooo, moving right along.....I was a bit surprised that Maggie would leave Andrea in the dark about the unfolding predicaments, giving her a smile and telling her Rick could fill her in. I mean, its not like we are at the precipice of a new war or anything..or that Rick was attacked by his own people in an assassination attempt and had to kill one of them in return....since nothing like all that was going on, I could understand Maggie just talking about diaper rash all evening....

Eugene and Stephanie...interesting....never dawned me it could be a woman on that radio.....maybe this is a window into a new area of the country?? With new opportunities?? Or maybe Eugene is about to invite an enemy....

As for Alpha - you just never know. It's been a while for her too i would imagine. Plus i'm pretty sure she overheard him asking about the crotch areas of the suit:
