Ok issue as not much really happened. It was really just an issue that they were checking in on all the different locations. If Rick takes over at the Commonwealth it will likely be through diplomacy and not any type of battle (though to be honest I hope Rick doesn't become the leader of Commonwealth as that story thread is getting quite repetitive at this point).

Lol, we don't see Lydia for a years worth of comic releases and all she does in this issue is snore. What a coinkidink that Sophia is in the hallway at the exact moment in the middle of the night that Carl is leaving Lydia's room and 'lo and behold they start talking about Sophia wanting to find someone to have sex with as well. I predict Carl and Sophia will be shagging by issue 200. It couldn't be more obvious at this point that Kirkman is setting Carl and Sophia up to get into a relationship together (Lydia is just playing the role of the wild girl that the guy chooses to start off with and Sophia is playing the role of the girl that the guy often comes back to).

In terns of timeline in regards to how much time has passed since they came back from the timeskip. Well they were often wearing summer clothing at that time and now they are all wearing coats and what not. Hard to say exactly but I'm still going with 6-9 months have passed since issue 127. We will know about a year has passed when we start seeing them in summer clothing again.

I reread 185 last night in preparation for today's issue, and checked up on something...

Leono's Restaurant, where Carl could "really put away the breadsticks", is a real restaurant, and is really in Cynthiana, KY, where the Grimes family is from.

And they really DO have some good looking breadsticks....Carl ain't no dumbbell..

Is Cynthiana very far away from Lexington? Lexington is where Kirkman grew up. Wouldn't be surprised if he ate at that restaurant once.

Just finished reading Issue 185. Haven't read 186 yet. And my opinion on that final conversation is that Dwight was right. Rick was wrong.

Rick, like Michonne, have been successfully spoiled by the Governor. They've been wined and dined from the moment they stepped foot on the Commonwealth, and as a result, they don't want to do anything that potentially disturbs the "peace". They don't want to do anything that could destroy what they currently have going on, even though they know their comfort was built on the backs of have-nots.

Rick questions Dwight as to how much time he had been spent looking around the place. Dwight has been walking around. But Dwight and Rick have totally different perspectives. Unlike Rick, Dwight had to walk around as a normal citizen. Unlike Rick, Dwight isn't getting special invites to the Governor's office. Unlike Rick, Dwight had to endure being confronted and disrespected by a cop.

Rick during that final conversation sounded very privileged.
