I completely see your point @Camilleyun. It's the reason viewers are having a hard time connecting and attaching to these characters. They all reacted much better when the ZA was just starting in season one than they have all throughout season two. Now they just seem annoyed and/or indifferent.

It's hard to feel for someone who isn't feeling anything at all.

 

What you're all missing is that this is a writers ploy. Present some situation of previous 'normal' behavior as a set up for something freaky about to happen .
