This is truly a hilarious topic. I know some girls who don't step out of the house without make-up. Those types of people wouldn't survive the first day to be honest. "Oh look there are dead people walking the streets. Better go do my make-up before I start packing!"

WARNING to all women who would still go thru their beauty regime every day in a ZA

If you look like this in any way shape or form ... you might be mistaken for a walker. So beware LOL :)

There's something about that Mary lady ..... idk

Similar question to men about shaving? rick should look like bin laden by now, or at least tom hanks in castaway

lets not pretend the female characters n the show are the only ones who are spending considerable effort on their appearance.

Hey guys this might be Emily Kinney's mom?

She died because her make-up was not appropriate during a ZA unfortunately. :)))

Beard hair can be trimmed with scissors. I'm sure he carries a pair on himself.

It'd all depend on the woman's age.

20's: O.M.G., O.M.G....I wouldn't be caught dead without my eyeshadow/eyeliner/blush/concealer/lip tint! Why would you even ask???!!!

30's: Of course I'd wear makeup! Well, eyeshadow, eyeliner, and concealer are a must...I just couldn't go anywhere without them.

40's: Makeup? Yeah...uh...I guess I'd have to bring along one or two items. And definitely a good shampoo. AND a razor. You know, just in case a good-looking single survivor comes along.

50's: Makeup? No...but...lip balm! I'd definitely need that; after all, the sun can wreak havoc on my lips. Everything else, though, oh yes, I could get along without.

60's: Makeup? Are you kidding me?!? It's enough that I don't have a good place to sleep, no more dental floss, and lack of toilet paper...oh, don't get me started on THAT one! Why the hell would I be thinking about how good I'd look?

70's: Makeup...hhmm. No, I don't really think I'd pack that. I'd have to have my toothbrush. Dr Scholl's in my running shoes, definite requirement. A good, practical set of underwear and support bra. Hat to keep the sun off my head...wouldn't want to burn, you know. Oh, and a water bottle. Hydration is so important! Makeup? Why? Who asked?

80's: Good lord, makeup? I don't even wear a bra any more!

90's: What was that? Makeup? What am I trying to make up? You're confusing me!

Hey, I would keep my face trimmed. This may just be ZA, but I can still look like a gentleman. If I were looting a house, and there was room left over, I would grab it for the women in my group. Usually that type of stuff all fits in a compact small handbag anyways. If I would pick something up for myself that I wanted like comics, why wouldn't I pick something up for someone not present?

I am really pale/fair skinned, so HAVE to have my make up. But if my life was about running from zombies, I think I could live without it. Of course, I might blend in without it and the zombies would walk right past me.

I think most still would. Just like most guys would still shave and use nail clippers and stuff when they were available. I can buy the wearing makeup thing but I cannot buy how perfect Abraham's hair looks!

The men seem to wind up looking like hobos after a while, but the women don’t have one unshaven leg or armpit, their hair is always perfectly colored (other than carol) and their eyebrows tweaked. Nevermind how Michonne's roots have still yet to grow out... :zombies_blush:
