Just making my way through the comics now (haven't finished this volume so please avoid spoilers). Literally read the first two pages and became depressed; I quite enjoyed having the feeling that Shane was besotted by Lori with no return. I think that by having that, you're creating a bigger change/demise for his character. I accepted it in the show because it needs to be a plot that appeals to a mass market and having an 'affair' worked for a longer stint with Shane, but yeah, anyone else get slightly disappointed the way Vol 2 began?
