    I just watched this episode.

    Couldn't they have saved Lori if they killed the baby and cut the baby into pieces so they could take it out? It is morbid but im sure they are used to it. Plus it is the most logical thing to do; best fort the survival of the group, best for the leader Rick, so on...

    Also, if they were gona take out the baby shouldn't they have shot Lori first to save her the pain? The gun shot sound shouldn't hurt the baby since the body acts as a sound absorber.

    I think they wanted her to still be alive while they get the baby out i think i know that maggies actor wanted to leave the show because of that scene i think she could have aborted the baby than she would have been still alive
