    When Rick fought Negan in the town, I think the show purposefully puts a sign of 'Medical supplies'. It is so large that it cannot be missed. I wonder if there is significance with this. Could this be a place to find necessary medicine to cure the infection by walker blood?

    Also, we now know that Siddiq is a doctor. Bet he will play a pivotal role to save many lives, making Carl's death more meaningful.

    I thought the same! Surely it's been picked over by now though. I definitely thought it had significance. Whether show related or a nod to someone affiliated with the show.

    Yah and if some half-naked drunk had come running around the corner right as Rick was doing his best to waste ammo and then let out a huge ripper as Rick was getting out of the car I would have believed this to hold some sort of unknown significance as well.
