You can't really blame anybody on Andrea's death. She took her own decisions and that doesn't mean that her decisions were either bad or good. She was trying to help everybody and was trying to avoid deaths. To blame some else for her death is foolish since no one can decide for her. It's like when someone tells you to go jump a bridge and you do it and then you blame the person who told you to do it. It's annoying how some people go "Oh, it was Michonne's fault!" or "It was Milton's fault!" She did what she thought was right and that's fine by my book though I wouldn't have made the same decisions she made.
(BTW, took me forever to answer cause I had to do some things...)

She was trying to save everyone else because they didn't want to die! Andrea did, there is a big difference.

Andrea is the only one to blame for her death (besides the governor), she should have left with Rick Daryl and Hershel the day of the meeting with the governor, she had a chance she wasted it for playing the woodbury / prison heroine, for not picking a side she paid it with her life

She didn't leave on that day because if she got in the prison groups car the gov would have went crazy. She also knew that she needed to be in Woodbury to prevent the attack for as long as she could.

I know, but if you are between a war you need to pick a side even more in a zombie apocalypse, by picking a side I mean stay with one group, you can't be somewhere else expecting to save another group in another place, or the price is your life, when I watched the episode of the meeting I knew she was doomed, but I thought someone was gonna save her in the finale... but it didn't happen...

She knew they had already been attacked, and what had happened to Glenn and Maggie... All of this was explained to her at the prison and the meeting. Rick already knew the score, he didn't need her to tell him.

Rick did not know that the governor would kill who ever took Michonne. He obviously knew why he wanted Michonne. Andrea went to the prison to tell them that the governor would not stop even if they give him Michonne.

Rick knew this too... He said so to Hershel right after the meeting... He was still going to try, But thankfully came to his senses.

I didn't hear Rick say "If we give him Michonne he will kill who ever takes her and wont leave us alone".
