    If that's Ryan Hurst, he's 6'4" and 200lbs. He's a giant dude. Norman is 5'10" and 160lbs. So He would easily toss Daryl around.

    He goes inside Michonne's house with the shovel. It is creepy as hell. What his intent is we of course will have to wait until February :(

    I will post the video once AMC puts it either on their site or it is on youtube.

    That is creepy and weird.
    I can't imagine what he's up to, but that face he made at the end, when he saw Judith's drawing of the family....
    He looked thoughtful, maybe even remorseful?
    I can't wait to see where they go with this.
    I haven't read the comics, but I know some of his story. Should be interesting to see how they proceed in the show.
    I can't see him going all out villain on his own. He's smarter than that, but even if he helps them in some way...how could anyone ever trust him?

    I really hope it's him and maybe even his wife. That could be interesting.
    I didn't agree with Daryl kicking him out.
    I thought that he'd make a good leader for the Sanctuary.

    Re Negan in da house, I loved the classic noir shot of him walking up the staircase with the shadow bars of the staircase balusters making their point.

    not sure if that is Michonne's bed, betting it may be with the family drawing overhead, if Negan kills Michonne, Judith would be the only one left in the picture alive. Thinking that the drawing will serve to remind him of this and he'll end up walking away and not do anything.

    I’m betting that Negan returns to his cell, after seeing that drawing.

    I think we will see Sherry again, without Dwight.

    Great theory. Be a shame if they don't bring D back into the mix, though. 'Course, he's in the "I want Negan dead" camp, so that complicates things.
