    I wonder who is missing person is that Luciana keeps mentioning. She's spoken of him twice now. Will he come into play, and how?

    Let's be honest here, most people who go missing in this world wind up being dead or are killed right after finding them (Except for Carol for some reason), so my bet is on Zombie or just plain dead.

    This person could have been mentioned for a few reasons. One of them being that they are still alive and will end up saving one or more member's of the group at an opportune time, or it could be to add a little depth to Luciana's character and this person is dead or a walker.

    There's also Carl, Lori, Shane, Morgan, Merle and Andrea.

    So Carol is not the exception.

    Rick was the one missing. And presumed dead. You can't really count them as missing, because we didn't meet them until later. Rick got left behind and just caught up. However, you can count Lori as missing once, when she went after Rick and got in the car accident somewhere outside the farm.

    maybe they get with Madison and Strand's group and end up bringing them back to where Nick is.

    That's possible. Her two mentions of him so far have been pretty subtle. The first mention was just her saying "its not him" [indicating they are looking for someone else] when she was looking through the binoculars at Nick in the horde. So if he indeed does appear later, most casual viewers probably won't even realize he had already been alluded to.
