Why do you think Mprgan turned to look behind him?

Gimple said that he felt it meant Morgan was in hyper-paranoia mode, ready to kill anything that moved.

Lennie said that Morgan knew there wasn't anything else in the house, but was rather looking back on who he was and how he had gotten to where he was, and how close the "Clear"/"Here's Not Here" Morgan was to catching up to where he was now.

    (lennie's is cooler)

Someone is watching Carol, she hit the first walker but didn't kill it. Later in the episode, when she walked back, she noticed that the walker had been killed. She stopped and looked around. We saw someone lurking. Could the same person be watching Morgan also??
