It took Morgan a lot of guts to do that, I don't think many could stomach that. We could compare it to Rick ripping out the claimers throat though. But at least Rick didn't get his hands dirty.

He seemed to be working both sides of the mindset all at the same time for part of it?

In the end Gruesome Carnage seemed to reign,thankfully but it was somewhat confusing anyway.

I was thinking the same thing, and my takeaway was that this was totally sane Morgan.

Was the guy wounded at that spot to provide an easy entry point for Morgan's hand or he make a hole then went in?

The walker bodies and heads are soft and fragile due to rot and decay. But fresh human bodies are not that easy. They showed Morgan killing quite a few with his stick after they were knocked out. How? I don't think you can easily push a stick into someone's head...unless he went in through their eye sockets?

 

What if one could put a leash on walkers using their intestines? Michonne using chains that was too heavy.
