i know this was asked a million times already and im pretty sure i will be told look for your own settings but since i was a moba player not an fps one i need help boys

my mouse is razer nega 2014

everytime i look up the pros and see that they have everything really low i copy the same thing but in game my god i cant even move its too dam slow
