    Have they ever explained why Negan's arm is bandaged? I notice it everytime they show him without his jacket on.

    Maybe Sasha actually got close enough to him to take a shot or inflict some damage before she was finally captured.

    Of course they never showed us this so we don't know. Maybe it was a cut scene.

    I think he has a different respect for failed attempts to harm him, than actualised ones.
    When Lucille got hit by a bullet, he was ready to kill everyone there, imagine if someone had have sliced his own arrogant arm.
    He loves Carl for the same reason but once again, Carl never actually got him - from memory...
    You may be right though. I'm open to anything happening on this show.

    It was wrapped up when he made spaghetti at Alexandria also so I thought maybe I had missed something.

    I had a thought about this after seeing the Negan comic spin off 1st issue.

    I think it could be something like a tattoo of his wife's name, something personal to him that could be used to start conversations about life before the apocalypse, or something that he keeps covered so that he doesn't have to see it himself. He's quite emotionally volatile and can't be seen having a weakness by the saviours

    Im pretty sure it's just a sports accessory, he was a coach before the ZA and I have a feeling the wrap is something to do with baseball.

    I also might be dead wrong... but that's definitely my theory.
    I'd pay to see Negan's backstory as a new show though.

    So the next question is..if it is sports related...what does it say about the character if he still feels the need to wear it.
    You'd think he'd want to separate "then" and "now."
