New to the Opening Credits

    We now have two slots to fill in the opening credits.

    Who will take the place of Alanna Masterson and Katelyn Nacon

    Some possibilities:

    Ryan Hurst/Beta

    Nadia Hilker/Magna

    Cooper Andrews/Jerry

    Eleanor Matsurra/Yumiko

    Lauren Ridloff/Connie

    Casidy McClincy/Lydia

    Cailey Fleming/Judith

    I am going with Ryan Hurst/Beta and Casidy McClincy/Lydia

    Then again they could go with Cailey in place of Casidy

    Will be interesting to find out

    I think maybe Magna and Yumiko, or maybe Lydia. I can see Judith getting promoted but idk yet.

    Ryan Hurst and Nadia Hilker seem most logical. Doubt they'll fill the spots till S10 premiere though.

    I'm thinking no one.

    Typically a character re-occurs for two or even more full seasons before getting the opening credits honor. It took quite a while for even Carol to join the opening credits if I recall correctly.

    Alpha and Negan are notable exceptions.

    If anything, I think Avi Nash/Siddiq will be added, given (edited) it'll be his third season come the premiere in October.

    I can see Magna, Yumiko, Connie, Lydia, Beta, Jerry, and Judith ALL being promoted to series regulars (edited) next season, but listed under "Also Starring" after the opening credits, along with Alden who was promoted this season (edited) and will likely stay with this status for season 10.

    I forgot Avi Nash

    BTW, it is his 2nd season. Understandable error because looking back on season 8 it can, at times, feel like 2 seasons in length :Do_O:confused:

    Okay then I change mine to Avi Nash and Ryan Hurst

    Oh, I meant season 10 will be his third season. Come the premiere in October I'm expecting him to be promoted. Not sure if we'll see any promotions to opening credits this Sunday.

    Totally agree on Avi. I also think it will be either Cooper Andrews/Jerry or Cailey Fleming/Judith.

    I really, really hope Judith is endgame in the show like Carl is being groomed to be in the comic. Like, I want season 20 to be an adult Judith and RJ slaying zombies in the year 2035 haha

    They should make her a main cast member asap like they did with Chandler in season 1.
