With Detroit in the shape that its in, the Red Wings might one day compete in an open air arena like the one the Governor used for the Biter Games! :zombies_lol:

Expected Leafs lineup tonight:

Grabner - Holland - Komarov
Greening - Arcobello - Parenteau
Winnik - Spaling - Boyes
Leivo - Froese - Clune

Hunwick - Rielly
Gardiner - Polak
Marincin - Corrado

That might be the worst lineup I've ever seen the Leafs ice, and that is saying something.

Lupey,

After defeating the Blue Jackets 2-1 in OT, the Bruins are in 2nd place in the Atlantic Division! ☺

The Boston Bruins ended their road trip with a 7-3 win against the Dallas Stars.

Bruins defenseman Torey Krug got injured in the final minutes of the game; hope it isn't serious.

OK Tonight will tell just how much better the Bs got with the trades. I think they got slightly better but still not enough to make a deep run in the playoffs never mind contending for The Cup. That is why I don't understand the trades. I think it was just a money thing. They traded so they would make the playoffs and at least make all the $ from the first round.

The Florida Panthers finally lost their hold on first place of the Atlantic Division, which is now held by the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The refs from the Bruins Capitols game were horrific. The Bruins had that game won. How do you screw up an a replay that clearly shows the play onsides? Also the fact that Ovechkin only got 5 mins for that hit on Miller???? Plus nothing from the player safety committee? Pathetic!

We've got to put that game in the rear view mirror. The Bruins have the chance to knock the Panthers out of second place in the Atlantic Division tonight.

A disappointing season for the Boston Bruins came to end with a 6-1 loss to the Ottawa Senators.

Congratulations to @Still_Alive, as his Detroit Red Wings clinched a playoff berth.

@Lupey, it was fun talking about the Bruins and the NHL. Hopefully the Bruins can do better next season.

Yes it was! We have the off season to chat about Claude being fired, the new coach, trades and new signings.

I don't think they'll fire Claude Julien. A Stanley Cup Championship and two Eastern Conference championships should earn him a reprieve.

The first postseason meeting between the Florida Panthers and the New York Islanders happens tonight in game 1 of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Update.

The Islanders took game 1 against the Panthers 5-4.
