    I scrolled back a heap of pages and couldn't see an official Richonne thread, so figure we better make one!

    For topics including Rick and Michonne as either lovers, platonic friends, or something else. And the whole Grimes family kids with Michonne included: Grimonne.

    When Rick decided to turn Michonne over to the Governor in exchange for peace. Even though he later changed his mind, that was a touching moment.

    I liked that scene in the Season 3 Finale where they have that talk and understand each-other.

    First of all.....YAY for the Richonne thread!! Does it mean that all who were mentioned by our founding Bird are charter members?


    Second - not sure if this can be classified as a Richonne moment, but it was definitely the start of the two of them communicating with one another. So here goes:
    S3 Episode Clear - At Morgans hideout while he (Morgan) is unconscious:
    Rick - we're eating his food now?
    Michonne - (while chomping on some crackers) The mat said welcome

    mine: their first real moment:

    Rick: Everything go okay?
    Carl: I think she might be one of us.
    Rick: What?
    Carl: Everything went okay.
    ...
    Michonne: see anything?
    Rick: *puzzled look*?
    Michonne: I know you see things. People. I used to talk to my dead boyfriend. It happens.
    Rick: You wanna drive?
    Michonne: Yeah.
    Rick: Good. 'Cause I see thangs.

    YES - a great one also. Not enough Richonne moments as of yet - maybe season 5 will turn the tide in our favor.

    Good idea. Technically right now the grimes family consists of Rick, Carl, Judith, Michonne, and Daryl. (Rick's brother.)

    Already kindasorta have one. It was kind of neat seeing michonne take her place right next to Rick and Carl looking at Judith. I will say while I am a Richonne fan, I hope they take it slow. I don't want them to turn out like glaggie.

    Hmmmm as to your question regarding shipping: we can, if all in agreement, choose to just see ourselves as the believers of the inevitable. The man was in a coma, had to kill his best friend, made a trip to crazy town for a little while, ripped out another man's throat and was damn near drawn and quartered - I think most would agree that he deserves some kind of lovin' in this damn apocalypse!!

    haha yes! I think you can 'ship' them even if you don't think there's a romance angle. Fact of the matter is, whether there's anything sexual there or not, they rely on each other as a Spouse would another Spouse.. Looking after the kids, being there for one another, giving advice and having each others backs etc.

    Even if you think it's completely platonic, I think you could still totally 'ship' Richonne like that.

    As I said in another thread, I'd like for them to end up together, but to basically hardly address it. Just have a moment if they are ever settled someplace, be living together like a couple/family would, but no real mention of it, y'know?

    It reminds of a Hallmark movie I saw once (yeah I know cringe! but it had Katherine Heigl in it) anyway it was called "Love Comes Softly" and there's a speech another woman makes in it, that I totally identified with...

    and I think that basically speaks to the slow burning smolder they have with each other.
