    Anyone who has watched the webisodes, ''Cold Storage'' in particular would remember a character named Chase.

    That is the backpack guy!

    They look pretty similiar considering what a year of the zombie apocalypse does to your appearance.

    I respect your opinions and to be honest I'm not sure what I believe on the ''backpack guy'' but, just thought you all should know just incase I'm onto something.

    Nah it was Rick's bro in the comics not Lori's and also Chase said that he was going to the Grimes' comic hometown not the shows. We'll never find out about Chase I don't think he was a fairly cool character but not too big a loss

    Chase looks like Rick's brother to be honest. He's got the eyes....

    Chase was portrayed by Josh Stewart and that backpack guy by Russ Comegys. Case closed.

    Michonne was played by two actresses so it is possible to be him. I doubt it is though if it was they would have put a lot more effort into it

    its strong evidence, sure, but not case closed. the bicycle girl zombie was not played by the same actress who played her pre-zombie in the websiodes.

    Maybe but it's not the same to compare a badly decayed zombie with a living person. Who could spot the difference between two actresses? Josh and Ross do not even look that similar.

    Russ Comygs played the hitchhiker. Josh Stewart played Chase. They also look nothing alike.

    The backpack dude is not going to be involved in the plot. He was just a way to illustrate Ricks changing personality and attitude.
    I doubt it was anyone significant.

    Agreed I think this is the turning point Rick Carl and another character have in the Comic. Actually it happened in roughly the same locale as well.

    The backpack guy is a nothing character. He's just a random guy. However i could see the next set of web episodes being about him.
