    haha im glad someone made a thread about that.. i was wondering. the look on his face was priceless.. like someone DID actually walk in on him taking a dump.

    If you forced me to make a serious guess, i'd say that this scene probably originally called for the guy to actually be sitting on the toilet with his pants around his ankles, but the writers agreed that this kind of comic scene did not fit the mood of TWD, so they changed it to him just sitting there resting with his boots off. Just a guess.

    I thought he might be shooting up between his toes, but then wondered where he would get drugs that far into the ZA.

    Maybe it was the original homeowner who has really thick toenails that take forever to cut, and hence he had absolutely no idea that ZA was going on yet.

    I think I saw a flash of what could have been a few empty pill bottles on the floor while Rick and Lou were struggling, so maybe the guy went to the bathroom to search the medicine cabinet for drugs, then sat down for some rest, and took his boots off.

    I thought i saw that too, but I think they may have been wine corks....? I wasn't sure, but I swear they were.

    And why would he need to shoot up between his toes? It's not like he needs to hide his habit from his employers or has an appointment with his parole officer or something.

    don't know if anyone else mentioned it but the dude is also barefoot. Kinda weird. You would think that you would keep your shoes on in case you had to make a quick exit
