I wonder if it is coincidence or a deliberate parallel between the 2 groups.
Eg Jocyln's brainwashing the kids by telling them ''be strong to survive'' and Alpha's philosophy of 'strong and show no weakness'.
Eg Both use similar tactics, ie Jocyln using innocent looking kids and Alpha using walker masks. Both will let other people to lower the usual guard and caution. Then, when they get close, they strike unsuspectedly.

I wonder if the timing of revealing the story of Daryl/Michone's 'X' has anything to do with the coming direct conflict with the whisperers.
