I wasn't sold on Carol being involved in any shady doings, but I'm starting to wonder if there's something going on with her...

I think Michonne, Daryl, Bob and Tyreese are on a supply run for medical supplies, wasn't there a scene in the trailer where they are in a hospital? There were bleeding eyed walkers there too.

 

Tyreese was also with them in the trailer. Maybe he'll come too.

I think isolation refers to Tyresse, they will assume he's dead, and he will be completely separated from the group.

 

Ya that's exactly what I think is gonna happen. I bet Ty tells them to "leave me and get out of here" or something along those lines. Then maybe they find him with a limb or something cut off where he gets bit. I think that would be pretty cool.

Good call! I don't think isolation will refer to one specific event or person but rather an overall theme felt by many characters within the episode. Sasha, in that preview, comes to mind as well.

 

Ah yes, the Carol-looking-hot-just sitting-in-the-cell shot. Of course I've always been the kinda guy who finds more beauty in 'the girl next door' than the over-hyped Hollywood apex-of-perfection stereotypes.
