"Fear the Walking dead" Can I have the the hour of my life back AMC took from me

 

I didn't like how he ran out in the road and a scooter zooms by and he gets hit by a car, then, the camera pans up and zooms out as the street ended in a patio dining area.

But, when they showed it again, I realized the shot was almost 90 degrees from the street. So I am good

Though, the junkie church in that neighborhood then didn't make sense....




Only nitpicking I can do, it was a great, fantastic, pilot. Close to the best I have ever seen for a show.

 

Ummm, the non-reactions of the three characters at the end. Why weren't they losing their shit? Couldn't they at least pretend to be shocked about seeing the undead?



Also, not enough Rick Grimes.

 

Not enough Beth. I was hoping for the sequel of Parting Glass. <\3

 

Where the **** was Morales? Not watching next week. ****.

 

Actually I think it was an hour and a half.

 

This. All shows should have Rick Grimes. Like, he should be hosting this stupid Cutthroat Kitchen I'm watching right now.

It still wouldn't have been enough, lesbihonest.

 

Also, who better to host a show with cutthroat in the title?

 

He should also host Chopped, obvi.

 

Hospital scenes unrealistic. Downtown LA ? Working class / NOT rich people ? This isn't Cedars Sinai. There'd be lots more activity and noise ...and that's just NORMAL.

 

what i thought was interesting was he was standing still for several seconds, then the scooter went by, and still about in the same place, a couple seconds later, the car hit him. the driver said he did not see him, but he must have had reaction time even worse than the "walkers" to manage to hit him in my opinion ! he was probably texting ! or maybe it is a setup for another series " the driving dead" !

 

I can't argue with this. Rick... yeah. At one point in time they would all be chopping onions... then the Rick's crazy mo fo music would play and all the sudden, human sweet meats would be on the chopping block.

Seriously... first three or so seasons I was a huge Daryl (or however the He** you spell it fan) but these last two seasons.. Rick stole the show.

 

Were ANY of the characters supposed to be likable? Because, they weren't!

 

Except... It's not normal at that point. I think they are pointing that out in all that isn't happening as well as what is... because in so many ways normal has stopped. That's why their classrooms are so empty. It's the end of the world. People aren't going to school and they aren't going to work or shopping and it no longer matters how much money they make or what their social economic status is they want help where they can get it. The end is nigh... and I thought they portrayed that in slow, excruciating levels fairly well.

 

The lamest aspect was that the writers and producers couldn't even come up with a title for the first episode of a prequel spinoff of a show that has had titles for every episode.

Gawd...I could write for the show. Call it "Belief", or "Germ", or "Straightline".
