    When you put a new toilet paper roll on, do you put it so it dispenses over the top or under the bottom? I'm very intrigued by your answers.

    Im kinda willy nilly with it and just throw it on BUT I usually fix it later and it's over the top.

    i like that you refer to putting it over the top as "fixing it". I don't even know why it bothers me and i never even say anything about it, but every roommate i've had puts it underneath and i just don't understand it. It goes on top!

    Because when it's under and you grab it you end up with a pile and you have to roll it all back on it's just silly!

    yeah that's true! also at hotels they put it over the top and make the little triangle soooo it must be the proper way.

    I don't use toilet paper these days. Andrea's hair seems to stand to the test of time. Just wash it out and reuse.

    That's funny you say that because i was just about to post a fun fact about toilet paper: did you know about 75% of the world's population does not use it?

    On a serious manner, the toilet paper, goes over.

    As for your fact, you should watch a show called Extreme Cheapskates. Someone was on there taking old pieces of cloth from old clothes and using them as toilet paper and WASHING THOSE PIECES WITH THEIR REGULAR CLOTHES TO REUSE!

    oh i'll have to google it some more...i'm assuming maybe a bidet, or a wet nap. In some cultures leaves are probably acceptable.
