I gave it a solid 9 Everyone was spot on, the acting was great, the writing and direction were great. Alicia was badass Ofelia was a calm voice of reason The dynamic between Nick and Troy is strange but it works If a crazy person can be a favorite character the Troy is shooting to the top of my favorite Fear characters. Have to say though that Nick,(much like Rick) was the first character that felt a connection to (since season 1 episode 1) and he continues to be my favorite
9! I usually think the episodes are too short but this was one of the best episodes in the Walking Dead IP, period! So much happended and it all had meaning. I think Fear The Walking Dead is a grand contender and add on to the universe of the main show Walking Dead. The Villians are harder to see, the good guys are harder to see. The Indian bunch with Crazy Dog and Taqa is growing too and are not only in as the token minority or token bad gang. I love it.
He's my favorite, too. I listen with only half an ear most of the time, so I think I heard characters on the show--but it might have been Talking Dead--discuss him as a leader, and I hope the show doesn't go that route. A free spirit who goes with the flow, tackling problems as they arise is terrific for the group, but not quite the same thing as a rallying leader.
