For the first time....literally ever, I read spoilers before seeing something. I avoid spoilers for everything, even things I don't really care about. But this.....this I had to find out why the early reviews were so negative.

So without having seen it yet, I agree it's already a negative 1000. If what I read is true, there was absolutely ZERO payoff for either of the past two seasons, and it's one gigantic "F-you" to the fans.

Basically the show runners said "Oh you don't like what we are doing......well then you will really hate what we are going to do next." They didn't burn a bridge, they napalmed the entire Effn city.

If they are brought back next year, I will absolutely not watch it. I will read the synopsis of each episode just in case the series connects to the other show(s) or the movies, but I won't watch. This season was fun in a "how bad are they going to screw this up" sense. But it's become so bad I'm actually angry that these clowns are still employed.

 

As a matter of fact, I'm not going to wait to Sunday. This might be breaking the rules here by saying this, but I'm going to pirate the shit out of it in a few minutes. Screw AMC for allowing this garbage, so I'll steal it.

 

What was the WTF moment ?
It seemed pretty standard for the season so far...

 

TWD FAN (in the audience): "Season 9 of TWD was great!!"

 

Just teasing, but Austin's reaction seems like someone in the audience shouted something at him.

 

I’ve been watching it, but only to see them top the last week bad episode.

My cat would have written a better season.
After all of what Morgan has been through and what he has seen how can he be so stupid when it comes to people like Virginia's?
And don't let me start with my complaints about Strand, the painting and John+June.

The truth is out there

 

WTF have they done to Morgan? Such a waste of a great character

 

Not only do I hope these two clowns are fired, I hope they never get work in any story telling medium, and I hope they are strapped to a rocket and fired straight into the effn sun. I hope they get super herpes and scratch themselves to death.

Let's look at the things that made no sense....just in this episode alone.

Their plan was to what, surround Ginny with walkers and force them to hand over their supplies? Then they decide to not to that because Luciana is with them....then Dwight takes the walkers for a walk, while the others ride horses....I don't know, seriously I have no idea what the hell was going on there.

Then Morgan somehow already knows that Ginny is going to separate the group? Was this ever discussed before? Why not assume they are going to all be taken to the same place? I mean obviously that was setting it up for the audience, but it also shows again how terrible these people are at writing a story that makes any sense.

Then not only is the group broken up, but John and June allow themselves to be separated. I mean it's one thing to divide the group up into two or three smaller groups, but you would think they would at least fight to keep some people together.

Honestly the ending was the least of the dumb shit this episode had to offer.

And let's get one thing clear, Morgan isn't dying. He was shot in the shoulder. John took a friggin' .50 cal to the chest and a few bandaids later and he was fine.

The cliffhanger was done for two reasons. They want to make sure people tune in next season and the show runners wanted to help ensure they keep their jobs by leaving the story like this.

This has easily been the worst series I have ever seen. I love some shitty movies and TV shows. I think UHF and Hudson Hawk are cinematic masterpieces. But this....this was basically diarrhea and constipation at the same time.
