I think Merle was right when he told this to Michonne, and now I'm wondering if this is going to change when they reunite, I don't expect Daryl to go full Shane contradicting Rick all the time, but it could be good if he expresses better when he disagrees with Rick, he disagreed about giving Michonne to The Governor but all he did was nod and walk away, he was upset about Rick banishing Carol but to me it seemed that he was more in denial that she did that, rather than angry with Rick, the next scenes he seems as calm as always...
