I rewatched the Episode and it's a great episode, but my favorite part was Rick's quick disposal of the Wolves that Morgan let go free.

He and Carol have become experts of quick thinking under pressure and don't let adrenaline seize them up or drop focus, the Wolf that shot at him caught him by surprise and he dealt with that with split second reaction, then they jumped him and he disposed of them in seconds.

A normal person would be adrenaline drunk and not thinking straight, only really conditioned soldiers/marines/SWAT are going to be that clear headed so that shows the psychological effects of all of this turmoil and how icey it's made him under pressure.

So then you've got more creeping up in the mirror, he takes the AK-47 and unloads into the side of the RV.
