I think she said three sections total. One tower. The real Rosarito Beach Hotel also seems to have one tower, and two shorter buildings. And when they were looking at it from the beach, it looked like one tower. I think the idea was suppose to be that Alicia and Hector cleared the other two 'sections' and Strand and Madison got the tower. The timing makes zero sense, but I think that's the idea we will get going forward. I think they'll operate as if the complex is basically clear now.
