    Well, as Blackthorne said to Lord Toranaga in Shogun: There's no excuse for rebellion, unless you win.

    Just saying, there's always the chance that Rosita and Sasha will succeed in killing Negan, thereby rendering the Saviors leaderless and unable to fend off a revenge attack by the Oceansiders.
