It is just another variation of the same fake synopsis/summary that we've been getting the entire past week or so. All of them ending with Michonne discovering the head or emaciated corpse of somebody she recognizes.

 

If you look at the screenshot for that particular scene, Rick is clearly holding a gun to a man's temple, not a woman's.

It matches up well because fans thoroughly examined the previews/promos and then added their own theories as to what might happen. It's well-written, I'll give it that much, but it still doesn't mean that it's legit. We'll see, I suppose.

 

If there was a scream by Michonne then we know it is most likely baby related or someone dear to her. We all saw how she responded in that house with the children and family whom took their lives. She broke down, and this was her theme with Carl talking about her kid, along with her flash backs with her family.

 

I guess that only time will tell if this will prove to be true or not, at this point any of them could be real.
