What I find interesting in all this are the folks assuming it's only Negan's army eating the tainted meat.

We'll soon see Sanctuary and there are women, children, families there he's been protecting as well. They'll be the ones to suffer it, too.

 

Negan is so overrated in how protected he is. The guy is worse than the Governor in this manner. One army tier sniper or a good hunter with a scoped rifle and Negan is dead. He is way to flamboyant. But of course, plot armour. Else it be no fun if he got sniped on his way to Alexandria. but the man lack subtlery!

I think morely, the pigs being sick will be really hard to put on them eating Walkers. Pretty much send pigs or die kind of scenario. I am suprised myself the pigs survived in Washington DC, a decently large city and not being cramped in corners being eaten by the Walkers themself. Pigs vs Zombies.

 

And exactly the same plot Armour that will make them "Death Pigs" too if that is how the story gets written.

 

I do not think they be death pigs. I even think you might be able to eat infested meat without a problem. If you cook it. Like with Bob.

Also, the only way I see these pigs starting trouble is if they trigger the all out war arch with Negan. I do not think they be chemical warfare bombs.

 

Maybe but my point was to echo yours about Plot Armour.

 

What everyone seems to be forgetting i that Daryl is a prisoner there. What is he's one of the people they feed the tainted meat to. Also, it seemed like they have been getting this tainted meat for a while from The Kingdom and nothing has happened to make them suspicious of it.

 

I think I heard the King say that was something new they are just starting?

I thought it was great because it showed us that the members of the Kingdom are ready to fight the Saviors any way they can because they hate the Saviors as much as the Alexandrians do and are showing us that the Kindgom will be an ally in the upcoming war with the Saviors.

 

This is why you should always be nice to the people serving you food.

 

Unfortunately their plans to make them sick probably won't work.
They gutted the pigs and probably removed the intestines.
I think they did it, to just fatten them up, but didn't want to use their resources

 

I got the impression that this was their first go at it. One of the saviors mentioned that the pigs looked meatier than normal and the kingdom dude said "they were well fed, I made sure of it".

 

You tell me Negan do not have plot armour? IM telling you that Negan won't fall to some pigs. The guy litterally have a spy satellite to pull off all the stuff he done in Season 6.

 

I'll have to watch it again but yeah I definitely recall that conversation. I was just going by how elaborate the setup was for the pigs to eat the walker and how they even knew the pigs would even eat walkers... who knew???

Apparently the pigs are getting vengeance on the walkers for eating their horse and other animal brothers and sisters lol.
