I have mixed emotions about her death. Sad to see her go, but also kind of relieved as I felt at times the cgi took away from the realism of the show.

I thought the cgi was fine, but I think her death was important for Ezekiel’s character.

    Even so:

Whatever the CGI budget was I think they made it work. Shiva certainly looked the part to me. They just could not do it for a whole season with the war. She got her timely kills in though. I enjoyed having her on the show. RIP Shiva old girl.

Where did Shiva go when the machine gun opened fire on King Ezekiel's group, and the hipster savior took him prisoner? Was she chasing a mouse?

I assumed she was probably cowering away from the gunfire...plus there was more when carol and the saviors went at it.

haha, you would categorize Gunther as a hipster? I saw him as more of a trailer park redneck type guy. I don't see him as liking alternative music and being a vegan. :p

Well, he was wearing aviator glasses and his clothes stood out. Plus the hairstyle looked out of the 80s.

Shiva found some catnip and then stumped on a ball of yarn. The Saviors used a distraction! They found her weakness. Oh and a random mouse.

I'd have liked to have seen Shiva playing with that ball of yarn while the machine gun mowed down Ezekiel's soldiers. Dark humor at its finest. :D

I hated to see the big kitty cat go, but every episode I worried that the Saviors would capture her and I didn't want to see that either. I was a little surprised she couldn't shake those walkers though.

Going a little obscure here: the last of the Shiva scene, the blood flowing past the barrel, was I the only one that thought of Charlie Sheen? Tiger's blood and toxic waste?

That was a lame death for Shiva. A tiger could take out a crowd of human men like that pretty easily. Human bites aren't very deep. Shiva would have had a few bite marks, but those walkers would have ALL been in pieces and Shiva should have walked away the victor.

Then maybe they'd have her die later due to infection or something.

I'm upset at how dumb that death was. Ughhh.

During the episode ,my sister kept asking where Shiva was. I finally told her Shiva would show up a few years from now and Darryl would shoot her with crossbow.

I disliked how long the scene dragged out for. It was already gonna be a sad, painful death, but it felt like poor Shiva was growling foreeeeeeeeeeever while slowly being torn apart/eaten alive.

Not cool, man. Not cool at all.

I thought the hipster dude was like a badly realized Stephen King character from one of his miniseries. No thank you.

They did a great job with the CGI for the most part, so I'm sad to see Shiva go. BUT that was the dumbest death we've seen in a while. Like she could just shred a few rotted walkers and jump out of the hole?
